These Participant Rules apply to competitors, teams, academies and delegations taking part in ABMU Golden Cup (“the Championship”), organised by the Armenian Beauty Masters Union (“ABMU”, “the Organiser”).

1. Eligibility
- Participants must meet the age, professional and category requirements published for the relevant edition
- Students and professionals may compete in divisions announced by the Organiser
- The Organiser may request proof of identity, qualification or academy affiliation
2. Registration
- Registration must be completed through the official channels and within published deadlines
- Submitted information must be accurate and complete
- Registration is not confirmed until the Organiser accepts the application and any required fees or documents are received
- Category availability may change; the Organiser may reassign, merge or close categories
3. Models and consent
Where a category requires a model, the participant is responsible for the model’s welfare, informed consent, and any required releases for photography, video and public exhibition. Models must be of legal age unless an edition-specific junior framework is expressly published.
4. Conduct
- Participants must behave professionally toward jury, staff, models, other competitors and venue personnel
- Harassment, discrimination, unsafe practices, cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings, mark penalties or disqualification
- Participants must follow venue safety rules and championship stage instructions
5. Work, products and time limits
- Competition work must be performed within the time and conditions set for each category
- Only allowed products, tools and assistance may be used; prohibited items will be announced per category where relevant
- Pre-work, outside assistance or substitution of models/work may be restricted or forbidden by category rules
6. Judging and results
- Judging is conducted by the appointed jury according to published criteria
- Jury decisions are final on artistic and technical evaluation, subject to the Organiser’s authority to correct administrative errors
- Public result listings may be provisional until organiser confirmation
7. Media and publicity
By participating, competitors grant ABMU the right to photograph and record championship activities and to use participant name, likeness, academy/team name and competition work for reporting, archive and promotional purposes related to ABMU Golden Cup, without additional compensation, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Fees, cancellation and refunds
Fee schedules, cancellation windows and refund rules (if any) are published for each edition. Force majeure events may lead to postponement, venue change or modified format.
9. Liability
Participants compete at their own risk regarding tools, products and personal property. The Organiser is not responsible for lost items. Nothing in these Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Disqualification and sanctions
The Organiser may refuse, suspend or disqualify a participant for rule breaches, safety risks, false information or behaviour that harms the championship. Serious breaches may affect future eligibility.
11. Amendments
The Organiser may amend these Rules or publish edition-specific annexes. The version applicable is the one published at the time of the relevant championship edition, unless a later clarification is issued.
